All mattresses come
directly from our factory and are warranted for any manufacturing
defect. Futon mattresses are warranted for stitching, tufting and
coils. The white law label at the end of the mattress is the
identification tag for your mattress. Removal of this tag will void your
warranty. Please keep your original invoice. Information on this
invoice is essential to the proper implementation of your warranty.
Customer is responsible for transportation expenses incurred in returning the mattress to the factory for repair. Replacement of a mattress is at the sole discretion of the factory manager.
So-called “body impressions” in the top foam layers are normal and to be expected, especially in plush and pillowtop models. Remember to rotate your mattress regularly.
All furniture (bed frames, futon frames, dressers, etc) are warranted by the manufacturer for one year. BBC will order replacement parts that are received damaged or defective, but will not replace the entire item unless necessary, at our sole discretion. Customer is responsible for transportation and installation fees after the first 90 days. Platform bed slats and center supports are NOT covered by warranty but may be purchased at any Home Depot/Lowes. To avoid damaging your bed ALWAYS lift until center legs are not touching the floor in order to move it.
Comfort Exchange (Our Goldilocks Guarantee):
We want your sleep
experience to be the best it can be. Our “Goldilocks” guarantee gives
you 30 nights to try your newly purchased mattress at home and rest
assured that it has the “just right” comfort feel for you. If you are
not completely comfortable on your new mattress you may select another
model and exchange it. We will credit the original purchase price, less
applicable fees (a redelivery charge and a 20% restocking fee will
apply.) We are unable to exchange mattresses that are dirty or have
rips, burns or stains of any kind.
Comfort exchange policy applies only to standard mattresses and box springs size, and does not apply to changes in size only. Limit of one exchange per purchase. You must contact the store within 30 days of receiving your mattress, and select a new mattress within 30 days after that. Redelivery is subject to scheduling and availability.
Variations: Color and wood grain may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of wood furniture and the way each piece of wood absorbs paint or stain. Exposure to light can result in further variation. We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be identical to the floor model or catalog photo, or that related furniture pieces will be an exact color match.
Cancellations/Returns: All sales are final. We do not issue any cash refunds. After 48 hours, any pending orders that are cancelled or changed will be issued store merchandise credit only and may be subject to restocking fees. No credits or exchanges are permitted for opened merchandise (except under the “Goldilocks” guarantee). Products can only be exchanged or returned for store credit if in the original, unopened packaging and in saleable condition. No credit will be issued for delivery fees, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Bed pillows, mattress pads and feather beds may not be returned or exchanged. Custom orders, special-cut mattresses, final sale/closeout, floor model and “as is” merchandise may not be cancelled or returned.
Deposits/Layaways: Deposits and other layaway payments are non-refundable. Only store merchandise credit will be issued in the event of an order cancellation. Minimum deposit for layaway is 20% of total sales order. Layaway orders have 90 days to pick up merchandise. After 90 days items go back into stock and may be subject to reordering, if still available. No layaways are permitted for closeouts, floor models or custom orders.
Special Orders/Out of Stock items: If you have purchased Special Order/Custom items or other products which are currently out-of- stock and need to be ordered, we will contact you to schedule delivery as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. General lead time for most items is 3-6 weeks, but we cannot control shipments from our vendors. Please be aware that any custom or special orders, special-cut or odd size mattresses, made-to-order futon covers, and all non-stock catalog orders cannot be cancelled or altered once the order is placed. Customer is responsible for providing measurements for special-cut mattresses; the factory cannot accept dimensions in fractions of inches. Only length and width can be altered, we cannot change the height or composition of any mattress.
